Carlos Ortiz

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Carlos has been a passionate waterman from a young age, turning his love for boats into a lifelong career. After graduating from the Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando in 2007, he earned his USCG captain’s license in 2009. His expertise soon led him to Global Maritek Systems, where he supported U.S. Customs and Coast Guard fleets across the U.S. and Caribbean. 

 

In 2015, Carlos took the next step in his career with South Florida’s largest Boston Whaler dealership, traveling extensively throughout South and Central America, the Caribbean, and Africa to deliver world-class service. Two years later, he transitioned into yacht brokerage, where he has since built a reputation for guiding clients with unmatched knowledge, professionalism, and passion in every sale or purchase.
